I wanted to share this with you and say Thankyou. This is Zach, he's 10 months old now, but this Slow Motion Ball I bought from you has been the love of his life! He carries it all around the house, and it's like a comfort blanket. This is the only ball he does it with, but he actually starts kneading with his front paws and lies his head on it to sleep. It's so sweet. I can't believe it's lasted so long, I felt sure he'd destroy it. I've just ordered another one from you, as a friend engaged a game of tug in it with him and it's not looking so good now. It washes really well in the machine to! Thanks again Shelley and Zach | |

I wish to say a big thank you for your help in getting the perfect fit for both of my Japanese Chins, Mishka and Daisy. Here is a picture of Daisy with her new harness ready to go for her walk. It is so much easier for the chins as they don't pull on their tender throats and no longer snort as we go for our walks. Sandra and Pete |

Thank you for sending Max's size 5 Fleece Lined Harness out so quickly (it arrived the next day which was amazing!) and due to your brilliant size chart it fitted great to!! Max is a seven year old Labrador X which we got from rescue. As he has his mad moments when he see's another dog we now have a lot more control over him and also his old harness was very hard and would rub on a little fatty lump on his chest - as you can see in the picture, my little handsome chap is very happy with his new purchase, many thanks again,Tracey & Maximus |

| I'm returning the Bungee Lead as it is not needed - as soon as I took Pepper out in the beautiful harness that I also bought from you, she stopped pulling!! Nothing short of amazing! Now you have me hooked I would like to exchange the Bungee Lead for a matching collar and lead. Julie | ||

| Just wanted to tell you that I received the size 2 Fleece Lined Harness today and took Cali, my Pomeranian puppy, out in it. It is so much easier to fit than my other harnesses which pulled tight by a toggle fastening which used to trap her fur in and as she is quite long haired was quite painful. Even when being careful it used to trap her long fur - she got to the stage where she didn't like having it put on even though she desperately wanted her walks. This new harness is no problem to put on, no fiddly toggles - and fastenings at the side which made her feel less nervous than fiddling on top of her back. | Thanks for sending the harness so swiftly. Both Roxy and I love her new Size 2 fleece harness. It is very easy to put on a wriggly Cocker Spaniel puppy and feels lovely and secure.
