| I would like to thank you for your excellent customer service recently . I had been using a Gentle Leader, which worked well regarding the pulling issue, with my dog, a Collie/ German Shepherd Cross, but it got too close to his eyes and made him very uncomfortable. I purchased a fleece harness from you, which did not fit well. Having sent an email asking for fitting advice, I received a very courteous telephone call, the same day, to inform me that a Perfect Fit Harness was being posted. It arrived two days later and since then, it's been a joy to walk my dog. He is so calm and comfortable and does not seem to want to pull when wearing it. I too am now really enjoying getting out on walks with him. I have no objection to you using this email as a recommendation for both your product and your customer service. With grateful thanks Cynthia | ||

Here is a photo of my 5 year old male Dobermann, Talli, wearing his Perfect Fit harness. He weighs 43kg and the 40mm L-M-XL fits him great. He wore it for the first time on our walk this morning and walked lovely and calmly (he is usually a bit of a puller). We have yet to come across any cats or squirrels (this will be the real test) but I'm feeling quite confident I'll be able to keep him under control as he had a good bark at a delivery man as we came back up the driveway and I was surprised at the lack of strength in his pulling forward, compared to the awful lunge I get with what he usually wears (a half check collar). He has a suspected problem with a disc in his neck and has had several bouts of neck pain over the last couple of months, so fingers crossed taking the pressure off that area by using the Perfect Fit harness will make a big difference. Thanks again! Angela & Talli

My dog is a Belgian Tervuren. The name is called Liddell. Here is a photo of her with her friend. The harness of Sally is very gentle to dogs. When Ms. Angela Stockdale came to Japan, this harness was taught. Do you know Angela Stockdale? (Yes, we stock her booklet "Towing the Line") My Liddell was often praised. And, it was taught to make it from the collar to the harness. After that, Liddell became it for a better dog. And, we introduced this wonderful harness to Japan. Liddell and I wish dogs in Japan to be liberated from the unpleasantness of the throat. Tomoko
| Thank you for sending the assortment of harnesses
for Gracie. I found that the smaller Perfect Fit Harness is the one
for her. I have today posted the other 3 back to you. I would love to
be able to send you a photo of Gracie wearing the harness but sadly
she is scared of the "one eyed machine" so runs away from
me! It is only on rare occasions that I manage to get a shot of her
when she isn't looking terrified. However I have included a photo at
the end of the article I have written about her - Gracie
- The Fearful Labrador; she's not exactly relaxed but at least she's
sitting. Sally, thank you for affording me the opportunity to write about Gracie. Anything that brings more awareness to the public about so called 'puppy farms', ( they should be called puppy hell holes) has to be a good thing. Although I dare say that your doggie readers are already aware of the appalling conditions in which these dogs are kept. At least most of the pups, if they're lucky enough to survive, are taken away from their torment, but not the bitches and stud dogs. If I can be of help or support to anyone who has a dog like Gracie I am more than willing to share my experience with them. I can be contacted by e-mail. By the way, I think your web site is excellent. Kind Regards Elizabeth |

Here is Leo, with his new Perfect
Fit harness. You were recommended to me by my dog behaviourist and
author, Winkie
Spiers - who is also chairman of the Pet
Dog Trainers of Europe. Leo is a 2 year old Sicilian Mastiff - who weighs 40kg. He is wearing a 40LML - Large (top);Medium (front Y-piece);Large (girth) perfect harness in black - which fits him beautifully. The padding and close fit makes him feel safe (he is a nervous dog generally). Moreover there has been no friction rubbing or shaving off of hairs - as had happened with previous harnesses - even a leather harness for £150 which I bought from a popular franchise pet shop. Leo has sensitive skin and the perfect fit harness doesn't irritate it. Leo has been wearing it for about a month now - and we are totally happy with it so far. He has swam with it on - and it dries out quickly. My friend who owns a larger Sicilian Mastiff than mine was also impressed by your product - and is about to place her order with you too. Cheers, Ali |

| Just wanted to say thank you so much for the Tux and Huck you sent for my Staffordshire Bull Terriers to try. They are absolutely brilliant, they haven't managed to destroy them at all. I have posted comments recommending them as well as your website on the bullbreeds website that many other stafford owners use, and I know many that are going to be ordering these from you. The dogs really love them, thank you once again for all your help and advice. Kind regards Mandy | ||

Thank you for your very very fast delivery of the Fleece
Lined harness I ordered yesterday for my 17 month old Puli. The
size 4 is the perfect fit and the lovely soft fleece won\'t damage his
coat while he wears it which is a real bonus. We plan to use the harness
when out cycling with him using the Springer bike attachment. Whilst
wearing it this morning to see how it fitted he got many admiring glances
from friends and family all commenting on his lovely purple harness
and how smart and comfy it looked. Thank you for your lovely products
and top class service. I already have my eye on the pink camo harness
for our next Puli puppy - it will match my daugher's fleece hat perfectly!
Susan & Takoda the Puligan PS - When I got my first Puli 17 years ago it was drummed into me that harnesses were "murder" on a corded coat as they either pulled the coat out or created a mess of knots. Well I am glad to say this certainly isn't the case with your designs as there were a couple of days over the weekend that young Koda had wore his for several hours during free running and rough and tumble with his canine buddies and his coat hasn't suffered in the slightest. |

I recently bought a couple of harnesses from you for my greyhound Arrow, who is recovering from surgery for thyroid cancer and can't wear a lead on the neck. We are absolutely delighted with these harnesses and getting compliments wherever we go. I always tell people your details and I'm sure you'll be getting lots of new business as a result. I'm contacting you to ask a big favour. We are organising an online auction in favour of Wimbledon Greyhound Welfare and I wonder whether you would be willing to donate a harness or another item to be auctioned? More about the auction is on the Hound Lounge Board. Liz Many thanks for your kind comments on my harnesses - I really
do appreciate getting feedback on how they are helping dogs to enjoy
walking on a lead without pain or restricted body movement. I am very
happy to support your fund raising efforts and are happy to donate
the following, which are suitable for various sizes of greyhounds-
Each successful bidder will be able to choose the colour of their choice. Best wishes Sally - Harness Designer |
