There are two types of ENTRY FORMS when doing a Dog Game -
FIRST
ENTRY FORM is used when a dog does its very first
successful entry in Dog-Games.
MAIN
ENTRY FORM is used for the second and all other
entries that a dog does in Dog-Games.

fees to send in with the above Entry Forms.

PUBLICITY LEAFLET is a two sided leaflet giving details about this website and our Games - an ideal way of "spreading the word" about this website.
A5 PUBLICITY LEAFLET can be adapted and used to promote Dog-Games training in your area.
INFORMATION
FOR TRAINERS LEAFLET is specially written for dog trainers, giving reasons
why our Games are so effective in training a wide variety of types and abilities
of dogs.
GAMES LEAFLETS Here you
will find eight one-page leaflets summarizing each of the Dog-Games.
These leaflets are particularly useful to refer to when training your dog
as they explain each stage of the Game.
TRAINING
RECORD SHEET helps handlers and trainers keep a record of their dog's
progress by recording when each stage of a Game has been achieved. This form
should not be sent to Dog-Games, it is only an "aide de memoir".
