International Summer Camp in Norway

Sally will be working with international instructors - Turid Rugaas & Anne-Lill Kvam (Norway), Annika Petren (Sweden), and Minna Vadsager (Denmark) - providing five days of fun activities for dogs and handlers in the picturesque Norwegian countryside near Kongsberg.

Pet Dog Trainers of Europe AGM
(Open to members and non-members)
A weekend of lectures and discussions on a variety of different dog related topics. The Committee have asked Sally to give a presentation about her research into harness design and development, following on from her informal discussions about the subject with delegates at last year's AGM.

First weekend lecture of a series for student dog trainers. It will cover how dogs learn, how to recognise different breed instincts and drives, and how to use these to motivate dogs.

Explaining how dogs can be taught using stress-reducing methods so that dog & handler build a happy and strong relationship together. Dogs will have the opportunity to do Dog-Games over the weekend and will receive certificates and rosettes + their name on this website's Roll of Honour.
