Pricing Policy

All prices shown on the website are in £Sterling, are inclusive of VAT at 15%, where applicable, and may change from time to time. We reserve the right to change prices if there is a change to the rate of VAT and do our best to ensure that prices are correctly shown.

Goods are described as accurately as possible at the time of being published.

Dog-Games retains the right to decline orders if price displayed is incorrect.

Payment

Payments are made online via secure WorldPay transmission or by post through a fully valid Cheque.Offline order form.

All Payments are made in GBP other currency's are displayed for comparison only

The checks made through either process may issue "cautionary" and/or "warning" messages to us. Therefore, non-acceptance of an order may be the result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
• The identification of a pricing or product description error
• Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in our Terms and Conditions

All orders are subject to a 7 day cooling off period, meaning orders may be cancelled within this period. If goods have already been supplied, you the customer are responsible for returning the order in supplied condition. The customer is responsible for the safe return of goods and conditions of transit.

Postage & Packaging

This is calculated by the weight of the order and the country to which your order is to be delivered.

Once you have correctly set which country you want the order to be delivered to, the checkout will automatically display the total cost of your order (inclusive of P&P).

Deliveries of small orders within the UK are made by Royal Mail (First Class), while larger orders are sent by Parcel Force. Deliveries to the Rest of the World are made by Royal Mail Air Mail (Small Packet).

Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. However, we try very hard to send out all orders within 3 working days, if at all possible.
